Best Indie Book of 2017 RULES & GUIDELINES

After some validation of nominations (I validate each one as

soon as I can), there were some nominations that did not meet the requirements of the contests, so those were removed. The book MUST have been released or rereleased in 2017 (and the release date must be 2017, current, future or past).

Not all nominators are taking the time to read the form (has been slightly updated recently) along with the instructions and guidelines.

Remember, nominations will be closed on 10/31/17. On 11/1/17 the list of nominations (including 5 of my own), will be posted as well as the downloadable ballot for the voting process. (Voting will NOT be done by online form). More on voting to be announced later.

The showcase of "Best Indie Book" of 2017 will be showcased in December 2017. There is a limit of 5 nominations per person. Please comply with this. additional nominations after the fifth one will not be considered.

Also, multiple nominations for the same book don't have any impact on the nomination process, as there will be a final vote. THE BOOK MUST HAVE BEEN RELEASED IN 2017 (ALL NOMINATIONS WILL BE VERIFIED, AND SOME HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE LIST FOR NONCOMPLIANCE). All information that is provided will be validated, and I will also contact the authors to let them know their work was nominated.

DO NOT NOMINATE YOURSELF. THOSE NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
