I am offering a short story contest. Winners will be chosen at random, and there will be more than one winner (depends on the number of entries).
Winners will receive THREE blog promotion POSTS, which will run in January 2019. The blog posts will be: (1) Blog post promoting author (2) Blog post that contains the short story. (3) Blog post promoting TWO of the author's published books (If there is only one book, that book will be promoted).
A list of winners will also be posted on my blog (Link to be provided to winners).
Runners Up will also be listed on the blog, and receive ONE Blog post promoting the short story.
Rules:
Authors/Writers will fill out entry form with the "title" of their short story. There will be an email response, requesting the short story. The short story will remain the property of the author. By filling out an entry form, the author is indicating that if the title is selected, the author will provide information, including the story to be posted on this blog.
Story: Writers must write a short story between 1000 and 7000 words, that has at least two characters, and the characters must be named "Chris" and "Pat". The genre for the story is open to the writer's discretion (but this blog will censor some words if used in erotica or another format). Any expletive words will be censored using symbols, but still post no matter the genre.
The entry forms will be accepted between October 1 and November 15. Stories will be expected to be received (after initial entry form) no later than December 15 in order to be posted for January's Blog.
