Follow up: The Justice System in 2006

It took a lot of effort to get justice when I was a victim of Domestic violence in November 2005. In December of 2005, my husband was released from jail before he was even charged officially.

This news footage is a time line of my fight for justice, and finally getting it. The quality of the video isn't so great, as it was downloaded in 2006 from VCR recordings.

Warning: This may be a trigger for survivors. It is for me, but I share because people need to really open their eyes, and if you see something, say something. It's not always about getting justice, it's about being safe, and surviving.
