“The Interview”

1. Describe yourself in three words: quiet, introverted, over-thinker

2. Why do you write? I write because I have to. Because my head is constantly full of characters and voices and ideas and if I didn't write, I think my head would explode.

3. Name up to five people who inspire you: Stephen King, Charles Bukowski, Kate Rigby, SE Hinton, Chris Whittaker

4. If you could sit down with anyone, living or dead, and have a conversation with, who would it be? Stephen King just for the thrill of talking to one of my favourite authors about writing and characterisation and everything!

Synopsis from most recent release;

‘Music had been my saviour back then…Something that gave me perpetual hope in a very dark and scary world. I always had music. He could never take that away from me. And in the end…he’d given it to me. He’d given me this place.’

Danny finally has the life he always wanted: Lucy, his new baby daughter, and ownership of Chaos – the nightclub he adores. His friends and family believe he has put his violent past behind him - but are they right?

To secure Chaos, his future and his life, Danny was forced to sign a deal with Jerry Howard, the father of the man he murdered. At first, Danny assumes it’s revenge Jerry is after, but it soon becomes clear that Jerry has a far darker plan for him. He intends to finish what his son started by moulding Danny into a fitting protégé and heir to his criminal underworld.

Whilst seeking help for his deteriorating mental health, Danny struggles to keep his darkest secrets from his loved ones and tries to appease Jerry. But at what cost? And is killing again the only way out?
