Another year has come and gone, and Amy's Bookshelf Reviews is wishing everyone a happy and prosperous New Year. If you're a writer, then, write, write, write, and when you finish, I'd be honored to read and review your work. Some know how important reviews are, but some don't realize that a review on other places is also a form of promotion.
Before we bring on 2018, I'd like to share with you, Amy's Bookshelf Reviews 2017.
The final tally for (posted) reviews is 373.

Just a note that the top 10 or top 20 is NOT the same as contest or awards posted on my author blog.
This year, I've also added a "donation" through PayPal button on my page, and all monies donated (US money only) goes strictly to the purchase of books, so that they can be listed as "verified" on amazon.com. Authors are under no obligation to do this, but it has been successful and I've been able to buy a lot of books using these donated funds. I buy until there is no money left or no more books to buy.
Now, the slates will be wiped clean on January 1, and it's time for 2018. There is small change in the review policy, and instead of a 30 day (advanced) notice, it is around 60 days, but you have to look at the Quick Response Table on my request page Another addition that was recently started is "The Pitch" which gives new-to-site authors the chance to pitch their book to me for review.
All of my policies are listed on my request page.
