The Other Side of Amy Shannon

Writer's picture: ABSRABSR

I am the sole owner and review of Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I may have a lot of rules and policies, but it helps keep me organized, be able to read more and better yet, review more of authors who need reviews. It also helps me validate authors information, and with that validation builds a trust between me and the author. After I accept an author's work, I add it to my list, and read it in order. Then, I post my reviews in order (order is distinguished with more details on my Bookshelf page).

Now, for the other side of Amy Shannon. I am also an author, and I have another blog, which I call my Author Blog

Once I have read and posted a review, authors (or their representatives) receive a very long email from me. Yes, it states where the review is posted, a copy of the review, and other things related to this blog. However, it also gives information at the bottom of the page with links to my author blog.

If you subscribe to Amy's Bookshelf Review Blog, it doesn't mean you subscribe to my other blog. You have to do that separately, as they are separate blogs. But that blog not only promotes my own work (If I don't do it, no one will) but also promotes other Indie Authors. I also have different services, (and a first promo blog is FREE) for listing of authors names and their websites, or their book title information on my Indie Books listing. There are other servies as well, on my services page.

So, while you're reading this, if you haven't yet, come on over to my other blog as well. If you haven't had a Featured Author post on this blog, you may want to check it out. Once you are Interviewed on this blog, a similar post is on my other blog.
