Thrilling

Harper pens a thrilling story in A Friend in Deed. This is the first book of Harper's that I've read, but it won't be the last. It's one of those thrillers that contains country versus country, filled with scandal and dark forces. Duncan is the main character, and one of those characters with a lot of depth and background. He is on a journey of more than just investigative journalism. Harper writes well, and I've enjoyed this writing style. I look forward to reading more by this author.
