I have changed the way I will be sending certain emails (right now, namely the receipt of the book emails, and the review posted emails). I have create videos specific to those types of emails. The videos are NOT the video review. When a book is received, the email will have an "unlisted" link to YouTube so you get an overview of the email. There will be an attachment (PDF file) specific to the author's information. The attachment is the detailed email I normally sent, but more personalized. I thought it would give a break from my long emails, and easier to read as a PDF file.
The Review Posted emails will also have the link to the unlisted video (it just means only those with the link can view the video), and also a PDF attachment that is specific to the author. If you want to be addressed a certain, let me know, otherwise I will address the emails to the first and last (pen name).
I am trying to make things clearer as not everyone reads the entire email, even when the email has changed. So, this is a way to do that.
There may be future videos for other emails, but this is my pilot program to see how it works. If you get one of the emails, and have comments about it, let me know.
