Interesting Premise
Taba's The Death Messenger is written pretty well. I enjoyed the premise of the story, basically what Patel thinks is an imaginary demon gives him messages about impending deaths. So, it's now a journey of getting rid of what's in his head, and stop more victims. The story needed a little more depth and maybe show a little more about what Patel was like prior to his "accident" and now hearing the demon's voice, and show a little more character growth. The plot was pretty solid, though, and it gave me a sense of what this writer can do. I would read more from this author, and I look forward to reading more by this author.
