Wherefore art thou, Momma by Amy Shannon

Wherefore art thou, Momma by Amy Shannon

Looking down at us from heaven sitting beside me holding my hand feeling the love sending love projecting thoughts Wherefore art thou Momma A gift from heaven sent back to heaven It's been 20 years and still saddens me still miss my Momma. Wherefore art thou Momma In my heart. In my memories. In every cherished moment. In the eyes of my children In the stories I can't help but share Wherefore art thou Momma.

Poet's Note: This poem is NOT yet published in a poetry book, and remains my property.
