Editorial Feedback is for unpublished manuscripts, stories, poetry or other written work. The process requires that the document is send via email, in the proper format. If the format is not proper, it will be properly formatted (line spacing 1.5 spaces, Times Roman font 12 pts), it will be formatted and the price (estimate) adjusted as such.
The process:
Email writeramyshannon@gmail.com and type "Editorial Feedback" in the subject line, and attach your PDF or MSWord document (other word processing documents accepted as well). MAC word processing documents will be converted to MSWord. Don't send a first draft, send an "almost" publish ready copy.
The price based on your document will be send, and payment instructions as well, as well as time frame for when it will be completed (within 3 weeks). Once payment has been accepted, the document will be printed out on paper, and I will read it, and provide (written) feedback based on story line, character development, and note any typos with basic proofreading. This is not the same as an Editing service (below). Once I am finished, I will scan the document back to the computer and email it with all its notes back to the author.
Price estimates based on word count and pages (as formatted correctly)
Up to 50,000 words $2.00 US per page
50,001 words to 100,000 $3.00 US per page
Over 100,000 words may require longer than 3 weeks, and the author will be given an estimate depending on the length.
