First, I don't know how many times I tell it or write it, post it on social media, or even sky write it (not really), some still think that I charge for reviews. I don't. My reviews can't be bought. I do accept donations for many reasons, and the first one being so I can go an purchase more books, especially from the author's that are on my bookshelves all ready. The donations can be to pay it forward, buy an author's book (not a review, a book), or to be placed on a specific bookshelf, so they don't have to wait or don't want to wait. (And yes, those who do wait, I will get to your title as soon as I can).
Amy's Bookshelf Reviews wants to honor everyone who had a part in the publication of this book title. So, if there is a narrator, illustrator, cover/graphic designer, editor, publisher etc, please fill out the information in the attached spreadsheet.
Now, every time there is a request for a review, whether through the initial forms on the policies and review requests page of the Amy's Bookshelf Reviews website, or if it is a legacy author or legacy friend request via email, everyone will be receive the spreadsheet. It has been updated as of 2/8/2022. Fill out any required information in the spreadsheet. The initial sheet is for the author or representative to fill out. There are two other sheets, and one is for narrator and the other is for illustrator or cover designer. If there are more than one of each, create a duplicate sheet for each person.
This also will help Amy's Bookshelf Reviews update any information for the author, and representatives, while also honoring everyone involved in the publication of this title.
Authors or representatives, you may download a copy of the file that is on the review requests and policies page to have the most updated spreadsheet. If you do this, you can send a copy of the spreadsheet with the request. Also, there is now an option to upload the title to a google drive instead of emailing it directly. The Google links for documents and book covers are on Amy's Library page at the top. Legacy authors and friends can send everything in the inital request, but if not, there will be specific information needed, and a spreadsheet will be sent before the title goes on a bookshelf, and then once returned, the title will go on the proper shelf.
