Background:

Written Lives: Past Meets Present is the fourth book in the "Life" Series, which is in the Sars Springs Saga, which is part of the M.O.D Epic Saga written by Amy Shannon.

The story takes place in Sars Springs, and it's been about five years from where Rewritten Life ended. It's had a few covers, but all have a red overlay.

Synopsis:

It’s over five years later where "Rewritten Life" ended. Alex O’Roark has had her share of problems in the past, but she finally broke when the loss was too much too bear. She is trying to overcome her breakdown. As she tries to move forward, secrets from the past and people from the past show up unexpectedly. Is she strong enough to keep her family? Is she strong enough to hold on to her sanity? Especially, when she finds a long lost relative who she thought was dead, living here in Sars Springs.

So, what's this really about?

Alex and Jim are still together and building on a family. However, they suffered a traumatic loss that dictates the essence of the story. Alex also discovers secrets that her guardian kept from her, secrets that give her more hope, something she desperately needs. Jim is focused on taking care of his family, even at the expense of losing himself. His partnership with Terry cements their friendship and created a strong bond.

What happens next?

Book five in the series "Life's Written Past" where a dark secret comes to light, shining new hope for the O'Roarks, while they are in danger of losing their own lives.
